• Free Shipping on all orders over $250.
  
• Orders under $250 ship for a flat rate of $8.95.
  
• Orders received by 2 PM (Monday–Saturday) will ship the same day.
  
• Orders placed on Sunday will ship out Monday.
  
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Returns
To initiate a return, go to My Orders on our website and enter the email address you used at checkout. You’ll receive a secure code by email—enter it on our site to view your orders and select the item(s) you’d like to return.

• Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  
• Need a different size? We offer Free Exchanges.  Email: Courtney@shopwhilden.com
  
• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method minus an $8.95 return shipping fee.
